I was transferred to Customer Service today again, for half a day. Well, this time I'm not as shocked and panicked cos of the experience I had and I feel that I can use this as a good opportunity to train my listening and communication skills with customers which will definitely benefit me in the future. But I was still kinda reluctant though.

After work, Shawn, Lester, MeiRong and me were actually getting into a high in the shuttle bus to Toa Payoh. It was freaking hilarious. However, I don't really know what's the reason behind it. I only know that I'm the SOLE victim. Lmao. We are insane.

Yesterday was worse. Argh. Bunch of bullies. =x

Read WeiKiang's blog just now. I think the topic kinda struck through my mind. I will type a post about that when I'm free.
