Alright, woke up damn early at around 6.30am, prepared myself and my stuffs and went all the way to Dhoby Ghaut for my interview. Thanks gf for the morning call. =)
So the interview was kinda crappy..
The first thing that they did is laughing at my email address - Blurking.
HAHAHA.
Alright, laugh laugh laugh.. laugh all you want.
They said that my cumulative GPA of 3.63 is far from qualification of the scholarship. Okay they are damn straightforward here but I guess it's better this way. But still a bit buay song though.
Bear with it..
There's a part of the interview in which they asked me how I know I was a Teochew. I replied by saying that I know it from my parents since they are both Teochews. Next, they asked me which district of Teochew am I from, and I was like..
"Huh, Teochew jiu Teochew lors, still got district de mehs."
Then one of them asked me to take out my Birth Certificate and check my district (which I remember that it only shows the dialect group but not which district). But still took it out anyway since they asked me to.
Uncle noob : So can you find it?
Me : The Birth Cert didn't show the district ah, only the dialect group.Uncle noob : Surely have de, you know how to see birth cert anot?
Me : Okay I check again.Uncle noob: Got anot? (A bit impatient already)
Me : Really don't have ah.Uncle noob : Come come give me I take a look.
Me : Okay.Uncle noob : See see see? Your father here is Teochew and your mother here is Teochew also ah. So you are a pure Teochew what.
I was like "Hey noob does this sentence that you have said relates to your question of which district am I from?"
I know I'm mean here to an 50 near 60 year old uncle but his way and tone of saying things just piss me off. What's more it's unreasonable of him to say that, and he scolded me for being blur.
WHAT THE FCUK.
Who's the blur one here, huh? Hey maybe you should ask someone to shoot a video of this interview and look at your speech and attitude dude. Since you are THAT BLUR and you don't even know that you are the blur one yourself I don't think you are even qualified to interview us. God damn it sheit.
Results of interview : No hope for scholarship, considering Bursury.
Went to Eunos to find gf and had breakfast at kopitiam. Oo their toast set is niceeeee. =D
Chatted and discussed some important issues with her. Friends, studies, life, future.. Well those chats do make me feel much more better and lighter. =)
Home sweet home thereafter. Complained everything about the interview to my mum and she laughed so much about that. =.=
